Click and Collect

Click and collect is available in line with the attraction opening hours which can be found at yorkschocolatestory.com. Please bring your confirmation email with you. Your order will be available for collection for 7 days after you receive your collection confirmation email.

Delivery

All of our products are delivered by Royal Mail using their first class service. 

A delivery charge of £3.95 will apply to all orders under £50. 

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.

At the moment we are dispatching to UK Mainland addresses only. 

We aim to dispatch your order within seven days of receipt, but at busy times this may take a little longer.
